During the meditation, you should simultaneously:
|
||||
|
|
Preferably imagine the symbol inside the
Focus area of the chakra. The various Kalki-meditations
often begin by first sitting and relaxing deeply. Sit
with your spine as erect as you comfortably can. It’s
best to sit on the floor, but a chair is also OK. Become
completely aware of your normal breathing (always
breathe through your nose in meditation) for a couple of
minutes. Be intensive and concentrated during the entire
meditation. The meditation on the chakras should last
for roughly 10 minutes, not more. Begin with Mooladhara
chakra and chant the mantra approx. 4 times in each
chakra (VANG for the first chakra). Go then (upwards)
through each chakra until Sahasrara is over. |
